Veterans Distribue Wreaths for Memorial Day

Veterans Organizations will visit various locations for wreath disbursement along with readings, the playing of Taps, and a weapon firing: Times are approximate:

8:30 a.m.  - Coolidge Square POW/MIA Monument, no fire, no taps

8:45 a.m. - WW1 Memorial Stone - (front of Shutt Detachment) - USMC Fires

9:00 a.m.  - Charles River Float, USMC fires

9:15 a.m.  - World War II Memorial Stone (front of Town Hall), VFW fires

9:30 a.m.  - Veterans of All Wars(Saltonstall Park), VFW fires

All military, veterans, veteran organizations and auxiliaries are invited to attend a memorial service at Saint Patrick's Church, Main Street, at the 10:00 a.m. Mass. There will be a formation at the church site, after the firing at Saltonstall, where the delegation will proceed into the church for the services
