Ex-Mother In Law Terrorizes Parker Street Resident and His Girlfriend

The woman damaged a door and keyed the man's car, as well as assaulting the man and his girlfriend, police say.

An ex-mother-in-law caused havoc for a Parker Street resident and his girlfriend, as she attacked both and damaged the front door on Nov. 6.

A man sat in his Parker Street home with his girlfriend when he heard someone banging on his window and front door at 8:50 a.m. on Nov. 6, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

“He went outside and observed his ex-mother-in-law standing next to his car, and keying the entire vehicle,” Lawn said. “Then she got in her car and began driving toward him.”

Before she left, the woman — identified as Fotini G. Tassos of Fitchburg, grabbed his girlfriend’s hair, the man told police. She also allegedly kicked in part of the wooden front door, Lawn said.

Tassos drove off and could not be located, but Watertown Police put out a message to other departments to be on the lookout for her car.
