Grand Jury Indictments in Watertown

WATERTOWN, MA - The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office released its list of grand jury indictments, handed down between January 14 and February 17, 2016, Tuesday.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Timothy Daley, 46, of Watertown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, 5th offense, and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is Christine Maltby.
