Holden Man Suspected of Stealing from Former Employer, Selling Items

The man had recently been fire by Munro Mufflers, and allegedly took several cases of oil and some brake rotors.

The manager of Munro Muffler on Arsenal Street discovered several missing items and suspected a recently fired employee may have taken them.

The manager contacted Watertown Police on March 17 at 8:33 a.m., after he found that six cases of oil, other oil products and four brake rotors went missing, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

“We received information that the items might be at another business,” Lawn said. “An employee (at the other business) said he bought the items from the employee who was terminated.”
