Man Found Passed Out in Car, Parked on Pathway
The 30-year-old Chelsea man also had a half-full can of beer in his car.

A boy walking to school spotted a car parked on the path between Waverley and Whites avenues, with the driver passed out at the wheel at 7:04 a.m. on Dec. 19.
When police arrived at the Whites Avenue side of Linear Park near the Boys and Girls Club, they woke the driver, identified as Edwin Flores, 30, of Chelsea, said Watertown Police Sgt. Thomas Grady.
“He was parked half on the grass half on the pathway,” Grady said. “When they spoke to him they detected a strong odor of alcohol and he appeared confused.”
