Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments: One Watertown Case Announced
A Waltham man charged with masked armed robbery of a Watertown bank was indicted by a grand jury.

WATERTOWN, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Wednesday the grand jury indictments from April 26 to May 10.
Included in the indictments is a Waltham man charged in the armed robbery of Citizens Bank in Watertown last fall.

James Eaton, 56, of Waltham, was charged with masked armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.
