More about Canal Boating in the Netherlands

If you like to travel and observe the countryside passing by slowly, then canal boating may be for you.
And I don't mean Canal Cruising on a big Canal Barge with lots of other people.
I'm talking about chartering a canal boat with your family or friends and do it on your own at your own pace.
Yes, you can do it in Ireland and England, if English is the only language you speak, but if you are a little more adventurous, then the Netherlands is a great way to get started.
