Netwatch USA Moves Its Offices to Watertown's Arsenal on the Charles

The company relocated from Medford, and plans to add more jobs.

 

Remote visual surveillance company Netwatch USA will move from its temporary space in Medford into the Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown.

According to a release announcing the move, the company chose the location at 2  Kingsbury Avenue, "due to its accessibility to metro Boston and the Route 128 technology belt."

Managers of the office complex on Arsenal Street welcomed the new addition.

“Netwatch USA is a perfect addition to the Arsenal, located in the heart of the East Coast’s center for technology and R&D,” said Suzanne Alter, general manager of the Arsenal on the Charles. “The company will join Harvard and a bustling technology industry in greater Cambridge. We’re certain that its new location will allow Netwatch to maintain its growth plan while continuing to provide a high level of customer service for its clients.”

Netwatch USA officials plan to invest $4 million toward its North American expansion, and will create 50 jobs over the next 12 months, the release said.

The Arsenal on the Charles also provides room for a growing company, said Netwatch CEO David Walsh.

“Suzanne Alter and the staff at the Arsenal understand and mirror our passion for customer service, company culture and corporate responsibility - allowing us to maintain our plans for growth while keeping the focus on our customers," Walsh said.
