New Balance Plans New Headquarters, Hotel in Brighton near Watertown
The athletic shoe maker would build a new complex on the other side of the Mass. Pike from Watertown, and would include a 175-room hotel.
New Balance officials unveiled plans for a large development with a new headquaters building and a hotel next to the Pike and just off North Beacon Street in Brighton.
The Boston Herald reports the plans were filed with the Boston Redevelopment Authority for four buildings inluding a 250,000 square foot headquarters building and a 175-room hotel on Guest Street in Brighton.
Also planned is 650,000 square feet of office space and a sports facility with a ice rink and a track, the Herald reports.
