Pair Seen Stealing Packages off Porches in Watertown
A man and woman in a black car followed a UPS truck and took packages after they were delivered.

A Fayette Street resident spotted a man and woman in a car following a UPS truck and stealing packages off porches after they were delivered.
The pair drove a black sedan and they were spotted driving along behind the delivery truck at 4:42 p.m. on Sept. 12, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.
A neighbor saw the car pull up to a neighbors house and take a package after the UPS truck left.

“A man was driving and a woman with black hair in a ponytail got out and ran to the porch and took the package,” Lawn said. “The neighbor yelled at the woman and she ran to the car and the car sped away toward Church Street.”
Police are investigating the incident.
