The Pinehills Spring Open House on Saturday, May 2 from 9am - 5 pm

The welcome mats are out at The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA for their Spring Open House on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 9a – 5p. With ten beautiful new model homes open for touring home buyers will be able to find something to fit their families’ lifestyle. Many of the neighborhoods will feature their own special activities throughout the day including food, free giveaways, dusty shoe tours and more.

The Arts Market will showcase the handmade work of over 20 local Etsy shop owners featuring jewelry, home décor, apparel, children and pet accessories and more. And, of course the many wonderful shops and restaurants at The Pinehills will be open with special offerings. Boston radio stations MAGIC 106.7 (10a-noon) and 102.5 WKLB (Noon–2p) will be on the Village Green with music, giveaways and more.

The public is encouraged to start their Spring Open House visit at The Summerhouse, The Pinehills’ welcome center where you can get an overview and pick up your official tour map. Plus meet the WROR Street Team with music, prizes and more– 12p-2p - Here is some of what’s planned for the Spring Open House:

· Toll Brothers Tour their Award Winning Bayhill Savannah Model. Enjoy a tasting of BBQ and Seasonal Spring Beverages (while supplies last). Plus, brush up on your golf swing with their on-site Golf Pro from Pinehills Golf Club.

· The Green Company – Experience 4 outdoor courtyards in their 3 new model homes and a fourth model home in its final stages. Visitors will be able to vote for their favorite courtyard and be entered into a drawing for a $150 gift certificate for a custom planter.

· Seton Highlands by Design Housing – Celebrate Spring with Spring Themed Treats from Guilty Bakery, Plymouth (while supplies last). And tour their 3 designer model homes.
