WATERTOWN, MA – Power has been restored to Lowell Elementary School in Watertown, the Watertown Public Schools said. Downed power lines on Orchard Street caused the school to lose power Tuesday morning, according to a statement. All children are safe with their classroom teachers, WPS said. Anyone who needs to contact the school should call (617) 926-7708.
