Remains Of Missing Watertown Man Found

WATERTOWN, MA – The remains of Nolan Gargas, a missing Watertown man, were recovered earlier this month. They were found June 8 by a fisherman near Deer Island, and the medical examiner's office was immediately notified, Det. Lt. James O'Connor said.

Gargas, 26, was first reported missing May 21. Emergency crews conducted two searches in Nahant after his gray Toyota was found in the East Point section of town. Both searches were unsuccessful.

The circumstances surrounding his death are unknown at this time.
