RE/MAX Leading Edge Adds Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development to Growing Team

RE/MAX Leading Edge with offices throughout Greater Boston, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine George to Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

In her new role, Christine will be responsible for setting the overall direction of the company’s marketing strategy and for leading the development of the company’s business development strategy. In addition, she will also be tasked with overseeing the company’s community partnerships, social media presence and advertising and public relations initiatives.

With offices throughout Greater Boston, RE/MAX Leading Edge has established itself as the highest producing RE/MAX office in New England and the fifth largest real estate firm in Massachusetts. The Company has offices in the Back Bay, Arlington, Lexington, Lynnfield, Melrose, Newton, Reading, Somerville, Wakefield, Winchester and Watertown.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Christine spent seven years at RE/MAX of New England, most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Initiatives. There, she was a member of the senior leadership team and was responsible for an annual budget of $4.0M, overseeing the marketing staff and the agency and corporate partners to increase agent productivity, as well as attracting and retaining the highest-producing real estate professionals in the New England Region. In this role, she worked with more than 200 offices and 2,700 sales associates in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Prior to joining RE/MAX of New England, Christine was Senior Marketing Manager at Miller Brewing Company in Westborough, where she developed, communicated and executed the region’s overall annual marketing strategies for their Miller Lite, Miller Genuine Draft, Miller High Life, Milwaukee’s Best, Peroni, Foster’s and Pilsner brands.

Her experience in the consumer category also spans tenures at Nestle Waters North America, Inc., Nestle USA and The Gillette Company, working on myriad brands including: Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Zephyrhills, Juicy Juice, Kern’s, Libby’s, Nestea, Nestle Quick, Coffee-mate and Duracell batteries.

A resident of Sudbury, MA, Christine is Board President of the Susan G. Komen Massachusetts Affiliate. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has a Master’s Degree in Management from Lesley University in Cambridge.
