Suit Against Armenian Museum Over Kevorkian Artwork Likely Moving to Mass.
A Michigan judge tossed the lawsuit against the Armenian Library and Museum of America, but will likely move to Massachusetts Federal Court.
A suit against Watertown's Armenian Library and Museum of America was dismissed by a Michigan judge, but the suit will likely be heard in Massachusetts, according to an Associated Press story that ran in the Boston Herald.
The suit centers around artwork by Dr. Jack Kevorkian that after the pro-assisted suicide physician died in June 2011.
The museum claims that Kevorkian donated the art to the museum in 1999, but his estate said it was merely loaned to the museum.
