The Lockdown: April 15 & Beyond

The Lockdown:
April 15 & Beyond

On Wednesday, March 5 at 7pm the National Lawyers Guild,
Massachusetts Chapter will be holding the fourth in a series of meetings taking
a critical look at the lockdown last April.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a safe place for people to
address concerns over the manner in which the lockdown was
conducted.

A number of troubling issues have emerged that need to be
addressed.  These include concerns over
whether a lockdown of this level was necessary, why it failed, the effect
searches had on people and whether the U.S. Constitution was followed.  More importantly, we will be looking at the
impact this event has on our Fourth Amendment Right  – The Right To Be Secure In One's Home And
Person From Unreasonable Searches and Seizures.
