Stillness, allowing, even and inward are words that describe the yin energy of a YinYang symbol and very much convey the style of yin yoga. Investigate in this workshop how you can get more yin into your life.

In yin yoga you come into a stretch that is right for your body, relax into the stretch, and then just breathe.

In this workshop you will learn the physical, emotional, and energetic benefits of yin yoga.
