Michael Slonina completes 24-hour basketball shoot-a-thon after being inspired by his mother's personal health battles.

Michael "Mike" Slonina, an 18-year-old senior at Catholic Memorial from Watertown, completed the marathon of all hoop shoots: a 24 hour continuum of shooting hoops to raise money for brain cancer research.
