The Arsenal Center for the Arts wraps up its free, outdoor Brown Bag art demonstration series on Tuesday, September 16. From 12 – 1:30PM, artist Dawn Evans Scaltreto demonstrates the art of watercolor. Stop by the Art Shed in front of the Arsenal Center and bring your lunch or check out the food trucks in the Arsenal on the Charles complex.
