Watertown Declares Snow Emergency

A parking ban will go into effect Wednesday night.

WATERTOWN, MA – The Watertown Department of Public Works has declared a snow emergency, according to a town announcement. On-street parking will be banned effective Wednesday night at 7 p.m. and will remain in place until further notice.

Any vehicle left on the street will be subject to towing. Throwing or plowing snow on the street or public sidewalk is a town ordinance violation and subject to a fine.

Updates will be posted to the DPW and town of Watertown websites.
