Watertown Grand Jury Indictments: 4 Cases Announced

Four cases with ties to Watertown were announced by the Middlesex district attorney Monday.

WATERTOWN, MA – Four cases with ties to Watertown are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan on Monday announced indictments handed down between Nov. 21 and Jan. 16. All cases are alleged to have occurred in Watertown or involve Watertown residents.

Marcus Cole, 28, of Framingham, was charged with assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Karim Cross, 28, of Boston, was charged with assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Etohn Johnson, 28, of Lynn, was charged with assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Mark O’Meara, 49, of Waltham, was charged with rape, entering a building without breaking in, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation, assault and battery (2 counts), witness intimidation, and malicious destruction of property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
