Watertown Man $1M Lottery Winner
An East Watertown resident is the third "$1,000,000 Payout" instant winner.
WATERTOWN, MA – A Watertown man recently won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery's "$1,000,000 Payout" instant game. Zaquin Ishakian is the instant game's third prize winner. He elected to receive a one-time cash payment of $650,000.
His winning ticket was purchased at General Market, 218 Waverly Ave. in Watertown. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
Three $1 million prizes remain in the "$1,000,000 Payout" $5 instant game.
