Watertown Man Arrested on Second OUI After Rear-ending a Car
Watertown Police arrested the man after the accident on Orchard Street.

A Watertown man faces his second OUI charge after he was arrested for rear-ending a car while allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police were called to the intersection of Orchard Street and Waverley Avenue for an accident at 8:14 p.m. on June 12, said Watertown Police Sgt. Thomas Grady.
"The motor vehicle struck a second motor vehicle from behind a the light," Grady said. "There were no injuries, the cars just sustained damage."

The driver was identified as Michael C. Mancuso. Field sobriety tests were given, and Mancuso was placed under arrest, Grady said.
Mancuso, 37, of 18 Standish Road in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, a second offense, Grady said.
