Watertown Man Arrested on Warrant in Arlington

Christopher C. Paras, 21, of Whites Avenue, Watertown, was arrested at about 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, on Russell Street in Arlington on a warrant out of Belmont for operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended.
An Arlington Police officer spotted Paras walking on Russell Street and knew that he had a warrant out for his arrest, police said.
