Watertown Mews "Wows" at Successful Grand Opening

From empty nesters to toddlers, all enjoyed experiencing Watertown's hottest luxury apartment community

Watertown Mews, a 206-unit luxury rental apartment community located at 1 Repton Place in Watertown, Massachusetts, is a place where home meets hospitality. The Mews held its Grand Opening Party at 6:00 p.m. on September 17th to celebrate the success of the luxury development with residents, prospective tenants, representatives of the Town of Watertown, and local real estate brokers.

In addition to members of the Mill Creek Residential development team, representatives of The Bozzuto Group were also in attendance to show their support for the successful Watertown Mews project. With leasing commencing in April of 2014, activity has been high with 78% of the units leased and 67% occupied to date.

“Watertown Mews is a community that we are extremely proud of. It exemplifies our strategy to provide unique, best-in-market amenity spaces and finishes,” said James Lambert, Development Associate at Mill Creek Residential. “The level of quality does not go unnoticed, as we received positive feedback from a large number of current and future residents at the Grand Opening Party.”
