WATERTOWN PEACE POLE DEDICATION

Peace Poles “plant” the intention for local and worldwide accord.
Since the end of World War II 1000s have been placed in parks, yards, and
community spaces. (www.peacepoleproject.org)



The Dedication will include Songs of Peace and Reconciliation to sing-along to and hear
performed by local song leader Richard
Herman
Interfaith prayers and
Invocations
by local and sponsoring organizations and a moving Flag Ceremony… honoring some of the
over 50 nations from which Watertown residents originate.



Families and individuals from
throughout the Boston Area are warmly invited to attend and participate in a Celebration of Watertown’s
and Boston’s
Diversity and Harmony.
