Watertown Police To Conduct Alcohol Compliance Checks
Compliance checks will see if restaurants, bars, and liquor stores are ensuring the safe service and sale of alcohol.
WATERTOWN, MA — Watertown bars and restaurants should expect a visit from police over the next year for an alcohol license compliance check.
The Watertown Police Department will conduct alcohol compliance checks at all licensed establishments starting next month. Checks will be done from May 2019 to April 2020, the department said.
The purpose of the checks is to ensure all restaurants, bars, and liquor stores comply with regulations pertaining to the safe service and sale of alcohol.
