Watertown Police Log: Feb. 19 to Feb. 25
Two arrested on warrants for stealing cars and car scratcher strikes again outside Target.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Watertown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Arrests
Feb. 20, 1:36 a.m.: Police were called to a domestic disturbance on Salisbury Road, and one person was arrested on assault and battery charges and police found drugs on another person, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn. Janice M. Williams, 39, of 54 Salisbury Road in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery; and Amanda B. Baker, 29, of 40 Prospect St. in Fair Haven, Vt., was arrested on charges of possession of a Class C substance and possession of a Class B substance – both prescription pills.

Feb. 20, 8:05 p.m.: Police arrested two people after stopping a minivan on Arsenal Street, Lawn said. The driver, had a revoked license and warrants for his arrest, while the passenger also had an arrest warrant. Mihran Mosko, 38, of 12 Chase St. in Lowell, was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked license, an equipment violation and two arrest warrants – one for three counts of receiving stolen motor vehicles and one of driving without a license. Krista Provenzano, 41, of 12 Chase St. in Lowell, was arrested on a warrant for three counts of receiving stolen motor vehicles.
Feb. 22, 2:17 a.m.: Police were called to the for a disturbance, Lawn said. Richard A. Hooker Jr., 29, of 196 Highland St. in Milford, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Feb. 22, 5:57 p.m.: An officer driving on Mt. Auburn Street near the Cambridge line spotted a car make an illegal U-turn across four lanes of traffic, Lawn said. The driver made cars swerve to avoid her, including the police cruiser. Sobriety tests were given and the driver was arrested. Allyson R. Silberstein, 27, of 28 Burton Farm Dr. in Andover, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and making an illegal U-turn.
Feb. 25, 9:48 p.m.: An officer patrolling in the parking lot of the Arsenal Mall ran the registration of a car whose owner had a suspended license and also had two arrest warrants in his name, Lawn said. He waited for the driver to return and stopped him as he left the mall parking lot. Clyde A. Sommers, 48, of 1318 Massachusetts Ave. Apt. 8 in Arlington, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license and two warrants for driving with a suspended license, one from Waltham District Court and one from Cambridge District Court.
Incidents
Feb. 21, 12:35 p.m.: A Chapman Street resident discovered a grill and a sink he had stored on his driveway were missing, Lawn said. The grill is worth $1,000 and the sink $200.
Feb. 23, 10:29 a.m.: A witness saw a snow plow fall out of the back of a pickup truck on Arlington Street and two men try to put it back before leaving it in the road, Lawn said. The owner of the plow was tracked down to a property on Arlington Street and the plow was returned.
Feb. 23, 3:38 p.m.: Someone brought three bags of toys to donate to the and when the person went to look for someone to give them to the bags were stolen, Lawn said.
Feb. 24, 8:39 a.m.: The owner of a 2008 BMW parked near and when he came out he discovered two large gouge marks on his car, Lawn said. Target security reviewed video and discovered a The suspect is described as an Asian male and he left in a white SUV with a spare tire on the back.
Feb. 24, 9:24 a.m.: Two cars parked on Nichols Avenue had both driver-side tires slashed, Lawn said.
Feb. 25, 7:58 a.m.: Two vehicles at the Sunoco gas station on Mt. Auburn Street were keyed sometime on Feb. 24 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., Lawn said. A 2000 Mercedes had two deep gouges on the rear drivers side and the trunk, while a 2007 Lexus had deep scratches on the passenger-side of the vehicle.
Feb. 26, 8:05 a.m.: A rock was thrown through a window at the , Lawn said.
