Watertown Police Log: June 11 to June 17

Woman takes perfume from mall, iPhone stolen and cars broken into near Watertown Square.

June 11, 3:43 p.m.: Police went to Walnut Street to serve a warrant, said Watertown Police Sgt. Thomas Grady. Cristian F. Revolorio, 20, of 176 Walnut St. Apt. 3 in Watertown, was arrested on a warrant from Waltham District Court for multiple traffic offenses.

June 17, 4:26 a.m.: Police went to Main Street and dealt with a domestic incident and two men were arrested, Grady said. James F. Lawlor, 51, of 14 Warren St. Apt. 2 in Watertown was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Jonathan W. Lawlor, 23, of 14 Warren St. in Watertown was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Incidents

June 11, 5:21 p.m.: A man was spotted taking a laser level from , Grady said. The item was returned, and the store will seek a complaint in Waltham District Court.

June 11, 10:33 p.m.: The owner of a 1999 Olds Delta heard a loud bang and went out to find the driver’s side door of the car smashed, Grady said. The car was parked on Hovey Street.

June 11, 11:08 p.m.: The owner of a 1994 Mercury sedan found that someone scratched both sides of the car while it was parked on Dexter Avenue, Grady said.

June 12, 10:28 a.m.: A car was broken into while it was parked on Fitchburg Street and a car phone charger was taken, Grady said. The owner believed the car was left unlocked.

June 14, 2:20 p.m.: A man left his iPhone on a jacket to film him working on his home on Cuba Street, and when he finished he discovered the jacket and phone were missing, Grady said.

June 14, 8:35 p.m.: The owner of a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee found that someone tried to break into the vehicle, and scratches were left on the side of the car, Grady said.

June 14, 10:43 p.m.: A Quimby Street resident discovered someone took a debit card and was using it in Waltham, Grady said. Watertown Police told the resident to file a report in Waltham.

June 15, 4:56 p.m.: A heavy-set African-American woman was spotted putting seven bottles of perfume in her purse from and leave the store quickly, Grady said. Store employees could not stop her before she left.

June 16, 7:30 a.m.: Someone damaged a 2005 Toyota Camry parked on Waltham Street, Grady said. The damage was likely caused by someone walking on the hood, windshield and roof, and the person cracked the windshield and left marks on the hood and roof.

June 16, 12:53 p.m.: A purse containing $100 in cash and other personal items was taken from a shopping cart at , Grady said.

June 17, 8:23 a.m.: The rear window of a 1998 Subaru Impreza was damaged while the car was parked on Glen Circle, Grady said.

June 17, 10:49 a.m.: A 2012 Toyota Camry was broken into while parked on Fayette Street, Grady said. The car was ransacked and $20 in change was taken. There were no signs of forced entry.

June 17, 6:35 p.m.: A 1998 Jeep was broken into overnight and rummaged through while parked on Summer Street, Grady said. A Garmin GPS, CDs and a CD chamber was taken from the car, which was left unlocked.

 

Also this week, a man after rear ending another car, and police seek a suspect in a on parked cars.
