Watertown Police Log: Oct. 24 to Oct. 30
Two men arrested with four warrants, apiece; and, hundreds of dollars in change stolen from a change machine.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Watertown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Arrests
Oct. 24, 1:03 p.m.: Police arrested a man who had four warrants for his arrest, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn. Paul Michaud, 23, of 51 Dartmouth St. in Watertown, was arrested on two warrants from Framingham District Court – one for receiving stolen property and improper use of a credit card, and the second for larceny from a building and larceny of a credit card; he also had a warrant from Salem District Court for receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and one from Chelsea District Court for receiving stolen property worth over $250.

Oct. 24, 5:30 p.m.: An officer on patrol on Main Street pulled over a 2002 Honda Accord and found that the driver had a suspended license, and a warrant, Lawn said. Arshan E. Mahjoubi, 22, of 9 Hallmark Garden Apt. 5 in Burlington, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and a warrant from Cambridge District Court for driving with a suspended license.
Oct. 26, 5:28 p.m.: Police were called to assist someone on Merrifield Avenue, and they found that a woman had an arrest warrant in her name, Lawn said. Kara Ann Snelman, 29 Merrifield Avenue in Watertown, was arrested on the warrant from Brighton District Court for driving under the influence of alcohol, a second offense.

Oct. 26, 6:47 p.m.: Target security caught a woman who put numerous items — a total value of $292.65 — in a bag and tried to leave without paying, Lawn said. Marilyn A. Natale, 55, of 19 Melrose St. in Framingham, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting of more than $100 worth of items by concealment.
Oct. 27, 6:49 p.m.: An officer on Arsenal Street spotted a car with blinking lights on the front bumper, Lawn said. The after-market lights were not legal, and the driver did not have a license. Nector Dubon Arevalo, 34, of 906 Moody St. in Waltham, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed driving and having non-compliant equipment – the after-market lights.
Oct. 29, 4:20 a.m.: A woman from Arlington Street called police because she was worried about her son, who was last seen walking out of the house in the early hours of the morning. Police found the man and found that he had four outstanding warrants. Allister J. McDonald, 38, of 130 Arlington St. in Watertown, was arrested on two warrants from Concord District Court and two out of Waltham District Court. The charges on the warrants were not available, Lawn said.
Oct. 29, 5:21 p.m.: An officer in Watertown Square spotted a man run a red light. He pulled over the driver in the Municipal Lot in Watertown Square and found the man had a suspended license, Lawn said. Deyvide H. Santos, 27, of 34 Washburn St. Apt. 2 in Watertown, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and failing to stop.
Incidents
Oct. 24, 1:16 p.m.: Workers at Randy’s Car wash discovered that someone stole $400 in change from their change machines, Lawn said. The thief taped together some $10 bills and rigged it up so the bill could be pulled out of the machine. The bill got stuck in the machine last week, Lawn said, and on the 24th, staff realized the money was missing.
Oct. 25, 7:01 p.m.: A worker at the CVS in Watertown Square parked his car in the municipal lot to work the night shift and came out to find the whole left side of his car had been “keyed,” Lawn said.
Oct. 28, 10:51 a.m.: A man rode his bicycle to Target and went into the store, leaving the bike unlocked, Lawn said. The man came out and discovered his mountain bike, was missing. It is described as a black Specialized bike which had the words “Pie Cheese” in pink letters on the cross bar.
