Watertown Police Log: Sept. 12 to Sept. 18
Several homes broken into, two cars keyed and a man tried to steal detergent from Target.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Watertown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Arrests
Sept. 13, 6:06 p.m.: An officer spotted a man whom he knew had warrants out in his name driving on Nichols Avenue, said Police Lt. Michael Lawn. Police arrested Shane Desmond Garey, 25, of 25 Sawin St. in Watertown, was arrested on two warrants out of Waltham District Court for traffic offenses, unlicensed driving and driving with no inspection sticker.

Sept. 14, 12:09 a.m.: Police were called to Watertown Street for a domestic disturbance, Lawn said. Ayanna Monroe, 17, of 144 Cypress St. in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
Sept. 14, 12:34 p.m.: Police went to Standish Road for a domestic disturbance, Lawn said. Phillip M. O’Reilly, 24, of 68 Standish Road in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon – a phone.

Sept. 17, 3:27 p.m.: A Cambridge man was arrested for violating a restraining order, Lawn said. Terrance M. McGeoghean, 47, of 400 Walden St. Apt. 1 in Cambridge, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order.
Sept. 18, 11:04 p.m.: Police were called to Nash Street for a domestic disturbance, Lawn said. Lynn Gobbi, 34, of 34 Nash St. in Watertown was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
Incidents
Sept. 12, 4:36 p.m.: A Macbook laptop was stolen from a cubicle on the third floor of a building on North Beacon Street that houses a Harvard Business School office, Lawn said. A pair of headphones was also missing.
Sept. 13, 10:39 a.m.: A woman came out to find that the passenger side window of her 2011 Mercedes had been shattered while it was parked at the Riverside Lofts on Pleasant Street, Lawn said.
Sept. 14, 2:36 a.m.: A man dressed in dark clothing and using a flashlight was spotted looking inside a car parked on Hovey Street, Lawn said. Police were called, but the man was gone before they arrived.
Sept. 14, 7:19 p.m.: A television and a Sony PlayStation were reported stolen from a home on Howard Street, Lawn said. There were no signs of forced entry.
Sept. 14, 7:26 p.m.: A Barnard Avenue resident was cleaning his garage when he noticed a screen had been damaged, and suspected someone had gotten inside the garage, Lawn said. He looked in a shed on his property and found his hedge trimmer had been stolen.
Sept. 14, 8:58 p.m.: A man was seen taking two wheels off a bike locked up on Galen Street, Lawn said. The man, a white male, around 30, wearing baggy jeans, was seen running toward Newton Corner.
Sept. 15, 6:53 p.m.: A Coolidge Avenue resident found that someone had stolen her laptop and assorted jewelry from her fourth-floor apartment, Lawn said. She noticed pry marks around her front door.
Sept. 15, 7:06 p.m.: A Watertown Street resident noticed pry marks around her door handle, Lawn said. A white beaded necklace was the only thing missing.
Sept. 16, 8:10 a.m.: Someone broke into a 2004 Izusu parked overnight on Palfrey Street and took two laptop computers and a Coach wallet, Lawn said.
Sept. 16, 11:27 a.m.: Three feet of copper piping was taken from a home on Brookline Street, which is being renovated by the owner, Lawn said. Some power tools were also taken.
Sept. 16, 4:17 p.m.: A home on Quimby Street was broken into while owner were away, Lawn said. A security chest containing tax returns and jewelry was stolen. There were no signs of forced entry.
Sept. 16, 6:34 p.m.: A 2005 Infiniti was scratched along the passenger side from bumper to bumper, Lawn said.
Sept. 17, 6:36 p.m.: A 59-year old Cambridge man tried to take two bottles of detergent from Target, Lawn said.
Sept. 18, 11:54 a.m.: Someone keyed a 2005 Nissan parked on Pleasant Street, Lawn said. The scratch went ¾ around the car.
