Sembert, 54, 130 Hamilton St., Dorchester, and charged him with shoplifting more than $100 and a warrant. Police made the arrest at Target.</p> <h2>Thursday, Oct. 10</h2> <p>Police arrested Douglas E. Weinberg, 42, 27 Middlesex Circle, Apt. 9, Waltham, and charged him on a warrant.</p> <h2>Sunday, Oct. 13</h2> <p>Police arrested Amy Marie Snellman, 26, 29 Merrifield Ave., Watertown, and charged her on two warrants. </p>
