Watertown resident Daniel Gil graduates from The Rivers School in Weston

Watertown resident Daniel E. Gil was one of 90 students to graduate from The Rivers School in Weston on Friday, June 12.

WESTON, MA—Watertown resident Daniel E. Gil was one of 90 students to graduate from The Rivers School in Weston on Friday, June 12. Danny was an intellectually curious student who took full advantage of the school’s unique elective and summer academic offerings. He took part in the Honors History Thesis elective as a senior, composing an insightful look at varying theories regarding the fall of the Mayan Empire. An aspiring journalist, Danny was a vital piece of the student newspaper, The Edge. The son of Amy Woods and Humberto Gil, he will attend George Washington University in the fall.
