Life-Threatening Injuries For Man Struck On Watertown Street
The area near Watertown Square was closed for hours this morning.

WATERTOWN, MA – The 50-year-old man struck by a vehicle on Watertown Street Monday morning suffered life-threatening injuries, the Middlesex DA's office said. The identity of the victim is not being released at this time.
The area of Watertown Street and Aldrich Road near Watertown Square was closed for hours after a Toyota SUV traveling westbound struck a man around 8:30 a.m. The victim was transported to Beth Israel.
The driver stayed on scene. There is no word yet on whether charges will be filed and authorities are investigating.
