Watertown Victim in Fatal Crash Identified

Gregory Dwyer, 65, was identified as the Watertown man killed in a crash Tuesday in Waltham, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

Dwyer was one of two men struck by a Lexus SUV in the area of Hobbs Brook Office Park, the DA's office said. The other victim, a 70-year-old man, was seriously injured.

No charges have been filed against the driver, a 60-year-old Waltham man, who was not injured and remained on scene. Authorities are actively investigating
