Watertown Woman Charged with Drunk Driving After Rear Ending Parked Car

A 38-year-old Watertown woman was arrested in Sunday night and charged with drunk driving after rear ending a parked car on Cleveland Street in East Arlington.
Marivel Ramos was also charged with impeding the operation of a motor vehicle.
Arlington Police said Ramos was visibly drunk at the scene and failed field sobriety tests. She refused a breath test, according to police.

Ramos told police she was looking down at her phone to make a call and that’s what caused the crash.
