Watertown's Missing: Police Still Seeking Info On 2 Residents

Nolan Gargas, 26, has been missing since May 21. Jeelsy Feliz, 15, was reported missing Monday.

WATERTOWN, MA – Two missing persons cases remain open in Watertown, as police continue to search for information about Nolan Gargas and Jeelsy Feliz. The two cases are unrelated. Gargas, 26, was reported missing May 21. He was still missing as of Monday. Feliz, 15, was reported missing earlier this week and may have traveled to New York City.

Gargas' car, a gray 2006 Toyota, was found in Nahant on Sunday, May 21. Authorities conducted two searches in the water near the coastal community that day; both were unsuccessful. A $25,000 reward is now being offered for information.

Gargas is 6-foot-2, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green and white plaid shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call a tip line at 617-202-0411.

Feliz was reported missing by her family on Monday, June 5. She described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5-foot-8, 130 pounds with shoulder-length black hair. Feliz is believed to have traveled to the Queens or Brooklyn boroughs of New York City and goes by several names, including Jeelsy Feliz-Morales, Jeelsy Morales and Yese Rodriguez.

Surveillance images show her using an ATM at 171 Watertown Street in Watertown around 5 p.m. Sunday, June 4. She is accompanied by an unidentified male in the pictures.
