What Should Go Here?: Corner of North Beacon and Irving Streets

The small building on the corner of North Beacon and Irving streets, across from the Super 8 Motel, is for lease. What do you think should go there?

It sits on a corner with a good sized parking lot, but does not have a ton of square footage.

A search of Google maps shows it used to be Peter Fuller Rentals, but their offices have moved to Arsenal Street.

Any ideas for what could go in there? What would you like to see?
