What Makes the Class so Awesome?: The class created imaginary animals inspired by Oaxacan woodcarvings from Mexico, said Cunniff art teacher Jessica Gillooly.

"They then wrote amazing stories about these animals with Mrs. Rono," Gillooly said. "It was a great cross-curricular project!"
