Wayland Police To Increase Presence During Training Exercise

WAYLAND, MA — Wayland residents may notice an increased police presence at Greenways Conservation on Thursday as officers conduct a scheduled training exercise.

The Wayland Police Department said the exercise will bring officers and emergency vehicles to the area. The activity is planned and poses no danger to the public.

The department said ongoing training helps officers respond safely, professionally and effectively during emergencies. Police thanked residents for their patience and understanding during the exercise.
