Free Art Experiences for Toddlers and Preschoolers: Music and Art: Wassily Kandinsky

In Part 2 of our 3 part Art experiences, our experienced Art Studio teacher, Miss Jackie, leads your child in creating their
very own unique works of art inspired by Wassily Kandinsky.

While listening to music, children will explore marks made by oil pastels and water colors to create their own unique piece of abstract art. This hands-on activity offers children experience with feeling and expressing music and movement, identifying properties of materials, cause and effect of combining water colors and oil pastels and a lesson in art history.
