Free Art Experiences for Toddlers and Preschoolers: Relief Art: Lorenzo Ghiberti

Part 1 of a 3 part series, the experienced Art Studio teacher at Bright Horizons at Wayland will conduct a free art lesson for Toddlers and Preschoolers to learn about the famous art style: Relief Art made famous by Lorenzo Ghiberti.

Using string, buttons, wood, and other materials, children will create their own unique gold relief sculpture to take home. This hands-on activity offers children experience with fine motor skills, creative representation, sequence, change, and causality learning, and a lesson in art history.
