Ellen Hoffman's MAKING MUSIC program, which combines rhythm and reading, instruments and imagination, and music and movement, returns for a second visit to the Wayland Public Libary through a grant from the Wayland Cultural Council, a local agency, which is part of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
