The Jimmy Fund Little League Program, which culminates with the Jimmy Fund Little League Tournament, has been working to strike out cancer for 25 years.

Each year, Little League baseball and softball players throughout New England take to their communities to raise funds for the Jimmy Fund through neighborhood canister collections, home run derbies, car washes, bake sales, and business sponsorships.
