2 Found Dead In Acton Home, Car Tied To Case Found In Wayland: Report
Authorities are searching for a 17-year-old household member after an adult woman and teenage boy were found dead inside an Acton home.
ACTON, MA — Authorities are searching for a 17-year-old household member after an adult woman and teenage boy were found dead inside a Martha Lane home Tuesday evening.
Acton police responded to the home shortly after 6:37 p.m. for a well-being check and found the two people, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Acton Police Chief Douglas Sturniolo. The cause and manner of their deaths remain under investigation.
A third member of the household, identified as Arjun Aravind, 17, was unaccounted for as of late Tuesday. A vehicle owned by the deceased woman was also missing.
A car connected to the search and death investigation was found in Wayland early Wednesday, according to WCVB. Authorities had not publicly confirmed the discovery as of Wednesday morning.
Investigators previously said they believed Aravind might be driving the missing vehicle, a green 2014 Honda Accord with Massachusetts license plate 34P D94.
Aravind is approximately 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
Anyone who sees Aravind should not approach him and should call 911 immediately, authorities said.
