The Wayland Fire Department answered 50 calls for assistance during the week of Sept. 24-30, 2012. This is a summary of those incidents, excepting standard inspections and training activities.

7:03 a.m. - Boston Post Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

10:10 a.m. - Willis Lake Dr Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital

11:11 a.m. - Stonebrook Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

1:03 p.m. - East Plain St, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

7:50 a.m. - Hudson Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

10:04 a.m. - 18 Concord Rd, caller reported tree down on wires

10:06 a.m. - Sudbury River Wayland, boater reported they were stranded in the Sudbury River

10:31 a.m. - Cedar Crest Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

1:27 p.m. - 24 Lake Rd, caller reported wires down

2:58 p.m. - 41 Country Corners Road, oil burner inspection

3:46 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

3:59 p.m. - King St, well being check

9:27 a.m. - 5 Damon St & 367 Commonwealth Rd, fire drill conducted

2 p.m. - 68 Concord Rd, caller reported a tree branch on wires

2:27 p.m. - Sedgemeadow Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

4:15 p.m. - Boston Post Rd Sudbury, medical assistance needed

10:02 a.m. - Old Connecticut Path, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

5:26 p.m. - Simpson Rd, motor vehicle accident, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

10:42 p.m. - 24 Rich Valley Rd, caller reported wire down and arcing in tree
