From an experience of a client: When she started to receive vitamin therapy her craving for sugar disappeared. She could take it (sugary food) or leave it.
Explanation: When we lack nutrition our body tells us we are hungry. And the quickest way to resolve hunger is to eat sugar or carbs.
I'm not suggesting vitamin therapy for all but just perhaps eating lots of vegetables and fruits will supply you will plenty of vitamins and minerals to cut down on your sugar cravings.
