Kick Off the Sunday Shoes: 'Footloose' Comes to Wayland High

The Wayland High School Theater Ensemble is bringing the popular 1984 movie “Footloose” to the stage.
Based on the original screenplay, the performance, happening April 29 and 30, May 1 and 2, transports the audience back to the ‘80s with vintage costumes and energetic dancing.

The show includes all the favorites: “Almost Paradise,” “Let’s Hear it For the Boy” and “Holding Out for a Hero.”
Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. for all four performances. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors. Seating is assigned. The audience is strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance for this popular show.
