New Home Energy Program for Waylanders
Wayland Saves Energy promotes enhanced Home Energy Assessments that open up substantial savings for home energy improvements

With the expectation of a colder-than-average winter and climbing energy costs, there has never been a more perfect time to get a home energy assessment.
These home energy assessments are the first step to get substantial financial incentives for upgrades to any home's energy performance, which will save the homeowner or renter money, improve their home's comfort, and help Wayland meet its climate goals.
This holiday season, the Town of Wayland has partnered with All In Energy, a Massachusetts non-profit, to bring a program called Wayland Saves Energy, which connects residents to enhanced, no-cost MassSave Home Energy Assessments.

The Home Energy Assessments are provided by a Mass Save Home Performance Contractor at no cost to you and will identify energy saving measures in homes as well as relevant financial incentives.
And those are substantial. Generous new incentives and rebates have been added this year, including up to a $16,000 rebate for heat pumps that can heat and cool an entire home without relying on fossil fuels. Additionally, homeowners could receive rebates on high efficiency appliances, no-cost air sealing, and 75-100% off approved insulation.

Wayland residents are encouraged to take advantage of this fantastic program and join other residents to make Wayland a greener town. Anyone who pays a gas or electric bill is eligible for this Mass Save program. This is for homeowners, renters and landlords of a 1-4 unit building.
