New Winter Baseball Training Coming from Wayland BSA
The program is open to children ages kindergarten through eighth grade.

The Wayland Baseball and Softball Association will offer a new baseball training program this winter. It begins on Nov. 15 and is open to kids ages kindergarten through eighth grade.
Wayland High School varsity baseball coach Joe Cincotta and his players will assist in the training. Program participants will receive hitting instruction at indoor batting cages, as well as infield and pitching instruction. They will participate in throwing drills and baseball-related games such as Wiffle ball and dodgeball.
Dan Caples, vice president of marketing for WBSA, said this new winter programming is designed to fill a gap in Wayland Recreation Department after-school programming while Rec Coach Adrian Gomes recovers from surgery.
